Also, please note that while we do have a lot of talk about Bots in the FiXT community, we can assure you that our Customer Support team consists entirely of friendly humans that want to assist you as best as they possibly can with any issues you may be having. Please treat them with kindness as they assist you.

Holiday Schedule:

Our offices will be closed for the following Holidays:

New Year's Day | Memorial Day | 4th of July  | Labor Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas Day 

Our offices will also be closed December 26th through January 1st to allow for our employees extra time with their loved ones during the holiday season. Our customer service team will be periodically be checking messages while we are off, but please expect slower response times. The FiXT team will return to work on January 2nd and will get back to you as soon as we can!
