Return Policy:
We offer returns for *most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
In order to receive a refund:
- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure re-salability.
- CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. (*Print on Demand items are non-returnable, see below)
To initiate a return, please review the following scenarios:
Unopened/Unused Items:
If you are returning unused or unopened merchandise, please submit a ticket with your order number and name of products(s) you are returning and we will reply with instructions.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please submit a ticket to discuss a replacement or refund options. Please include the item name, order number and photo of the damaged item in your email.

For items that have been damaged in transit, Guide requires claims to be filed within 15 days from the date that you received your package.
Print On Demand Items:
If an items says it is Print On Demand or Ships Separately, we will not be able to cancel, adjust, credit or exchange your order. These items are made to order especially for you. These items are made to order especially for you & go into production as soon as your order is placed. It is very important that you order the correct size - reshipments/refunds will not be given for buyer error or remorse. Should you receive a defective item, please submit a ticket.
Digital Media
Due to the nature of digital media, these purchases are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital media, please submit a ticket.
Exchanges:
We unfortunately do not process exchanges. Please review the above Returns scenarios. Once your refund is processed, feel free to come back and place a new order for your replacement items.
Undeliverable Returns:
If your order is returned back to us because of an incorrect address, or because it was not claimed at customs or your local pick up location, we will reach out to you via email to confirm your shipping address & ask for you to pay to ship the order again.
If you do not wish for us to ship the items again, the order items will be returned to inventory and you will be refunded for the order excluding any previous shipping charges. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
**Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. FiXT is not responsible for taxes and customs charges, please check your local country’s policies.
*Non-Returnable Items:
- Any apparel that has obvious signs of use
- Any CDs or vinyl records that have been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap) unless it is defective. Please note we will not offer exchanges or returns for cosmetic damages (unless severe) This includes cracked CD cases, seam splits, corner dings, small creases & other cosmetic damages that will not affect playability.
- Downloadable digital media
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Print On Demand Items"
- Shipping & Handling is non-refundable
