How Quickly Will My Item Be Processed & Shipped?

- Most ‘in-stock’ items ship within 1-3 business days and many times within 24 hours. When items have been shipped you will receive a ‘shipment notification’ via e-mail, including tracking information when applicable. Additionally, you can log into your account and see that your item has been shipped.
- Please note - We only ship Monday through Friday, and we do not process shipments over the weekend or on US observed holidays.
- If your order contains a Pre-Order item, your order will be shipped in its entirety when all items are available to ship together. The estimated ship date will be outlined on the product page of the pre-order item, please make note of this when placing your order. Due to supply chain shortages, pre-order release dates are subject to change. **Please place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items if you would like in-stock items to ship immediately.
- If your order contains a Print On Demand item, your order will be shipped approximately 7-10 business days after your order is placed to allow time for production. Your order will be shipped in its entirety when all items are available to ship together. If an items is Print On Demand this will be indicated in the product description of the item.
- International Orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before being shipped in order to offer discounted international shipping rates through a new postal partner that we process via weekly batch shipments.
- The FiXT shipping warehouse located in the Midwest, out of Southeast Iowa. Our store uses real-time shipping calculation and allows you to choose the type of shipping method you prefer (ie – first class, priority mail, etc…) Shipping times vary according the ship method you select.
