If your package tracking information is showing that it is being "Returned to Sender" we will not know the reason of the return until it arrives back at the FiXT Warehouse. Once the package arrives back to us, we will contact you via the email address on your order.


If the package has been returned due to an address error or because it was not claimed at customs or your local pick up location, we would ask for you to pay additional shipping charges so we can re-ship the package, or offer you a refund for the purchase items only, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
