If your order contains a Print On Demand item, your order will be shipped approximately 7-10 business days after your order is placed to allow time for production. Your order will be shipped in its entirety when all items are available to ship together. If an items is Print On Demand this will be indicated in the product description of the item & on your packing slip with either Print On Demand or Ships Separately. 

Please note if you purchase a Print On Demand item, we will not be able to cancel, adjust, credit or exchange your order. Please be sure to consult the size chart (available on the product pages for your convenience) before purchasing to ensure your item will fit correctly. These items are made to order especially for you & go into production as soon as your order is placed. It is very important that you order the correct size - reshipments/refunds will not be given for buyer error or remorse.

Print On Demand items include, but are not limited to: T-Shirts, Long Sleeved T-Shirts, Hoodies, Crewnecks, Tank Tops, Shorts, Onesies & Toddler T-Shirts, Gamer Mousepads, Coffee Mugs, Canvas Art Prints, Hats, Beanies & Sticker Sheets.

Should you receive a defective item, please submit a ticket. Please include photos & description of product issues along with your name & Order #.
